Jensen Cheese is an award winning cheddar cheese manufacturer with its head office and storage facility located in Simcoe Ontario, and its factory located in Wilton Ontario. The third generation family run business specializes in artisan crafted fine cheddar that is aged in underground storages. Cheddar is held up to 5 years, and sometimes older.  Jensen Cheese manufactures a variety of cheese that includes Colby, Marble, specialty Brick, Cheddar and have recently introduced a three year aged smoked cheddar.  We also carry a large variety of imported and domestic cheeses as well.
